If you are a realtor or seller involved in a real estate transaction in our neighborhood you need to request completion of a resale certificate. This certificate is required by law and facilitates HOA membership transfer according to our CC&Rs and bylaws. Here are a few points to understand:
- Requests for certificates must be made in writing to the HOA Board.
- All outstanding dues, liens, property standard issues, and other actions involving the HOA must be resolved for a certificate to be issued.
- The HOA transfer fee is $100. Annual dues are $60, payable in January.
- Submit the request to the HOA Board at least 7 days prior to expected closing.
- Download electronic copies of the CC&R's and Bylaws.
