The Hills of Indian Creek Homeowners Association (HOA) includes 122 members. As of December 2008, the membership is composed of 121 homes and 1 vacant lot. The area of our HOA is described as follows:

Our HOA was incorporated in 1991 to administer the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R's) and the Bylaws for the neighborhood. Homeowners and owners of lots in the defined area are automatically members of the HOA and are required to act according to the CC&R's when improving or building on their property or vacant lot.

 

The HOA is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the members at the annual meeting held each spring. The Board acts under the guidance of the CC&R's, Bylaws, and Articles of Incorporation.
